Awareness of the physical body, the breath and the sound of one's own voice calms the nervous system and allows the unsettled mind to orient towards mindfulness and balance; towards compassion for self and others. Grounded in the body and spirit, one can better navigate and integrate pain, confusion, anger and dissatisfaction as well as joy, happiness and contentment. Finding one's quiet, still place is crucial to not missing out on the present moment and lights the path of understanding.
I work with women to share our stories and lead embodied rituals that draw out empowering, nourishing exchanges of wisdom and support. Practices have been passed down to me by way of my grandmothers, mother, birth sister, soul sisters, aunts, and educators at the Southeast Wise Women Herbal Conference. With this same reverence for sharing wisdom along this mysterious journey, I bow to you exactly where you are and offer these tools and my sincere encouragement.

These four stages support one another, and work best when experienced in sequence. They help us experience first hand that we are larger, stronger, deeper, and more creative than we have been brought up to believe.

My approach to one on one time is grounded in my training and work as a birth doula. Doulas provide informational support, comfort measures, and a non-anxious presence during the experience of birth. Doulas don't deliver babies; we witness transformation. I work with one on one clients with the same mindset. We will work together to identify transformations you're experiencing in your life, and I will be there to provide emotional support, tools that will help you open up to this transition, and a non-anxious presence to reassure you that what you're experiencing is normal, productive, and life-giving.
A primary tool that I use in coaching sessions is the Enneagram of Personality. I've found this tool to be extremely helpful in learning to navigate the inner world of motivations, fears, and driving emotions. I recommend that, if possible, you attend one of my enneagram workshops before booking an individual session with me, or that we spend some time discerning your enneatype in our first call.
