Personal practice is for tuning your instrument. Communal practice is for playing with the orchestra. Both can be used to soothe the soul.
Join Wild Ground for a day of practicing being human in connection with Earth, one’s inner self and others. In the morning, we will practice meditation, mindful movements, silence, writing & eat nourishing food mindfully. After lunch, we will join Sacred Walking/Sacred Reading, our monthly communal practice of mindful walking and poetry reading.
