These sessions are in person at our home base Royal, AL or live online using Zoom.
​For locals, I can come to your home. In person sessions at further locations, contact Lydia. 
For people of all ages & body types 
Private sessions are very useful if you are:


wanting to go deeper into your yoga practice
have limitations following or attending group classes
​have chronic pains, stiffness or limited mobility 
are seeking accountability to continue your practice

need some focused TLC <3

In your sessions with me you will:

  • set an intention for this time
  • learn a sequence of yoga asanas suited to your range of mobility and needs
  • use props (such as blocks, pillows, chairs, straps, and bolsters) to provide balance, stretch, support and attain alignment in each pose
  • practice meditation to deepen self-awareness, introspection & to bring forth the joy that resides in your heart
  • end each session in restorative poses to soothe the nervous system and rest deeply

In your sessions with me I will:
  • observe and listen to the information your body shares through words and movements
  • guide a customized sequence of physical poses, deep breathing, and meditation
  • target core postural muscles (such as the abdominal, hip, and low back muscles and the diaphragm, hamstrings, quadriceps, and buttocks), to lengthen and strengthen them through progressively more challenging poses
  • encourage accountability and affirmation to practice
  • give a gentle massage to neck, head and feet during restorative poses
  • use essential oils at client’s approval
